I’ve been meaning to add a blog about my trip to Glenforsa on the Isle of Mull but just haven’t had the time to do it yet.

The flight centre invited me to Lunch at a hotel on the Isle of Mull, which sounded great, so I signed up and looked forward to it.  We were going to be flying the Piper Arrow (G-BDPA) from Prestwick Airport to Glenforsa airfield, which is usually an hours flight over some of Scotlands best scenery. I arrived at the flight centre at 8am and checked the aircraft out, making sure the aircraft was in good condition and gave the windscreen a bit of a clean before meeting my co-pilots for the trip, John and Stewart.

Well no, I’m not.

Many of my friends and family will know over the last couple of years I’ve done a huge amount of travelling, especially in Europe, but what those friends don’t know is that the majority of the time I’m flying with Ryanair on one of their many low cost flights.

Wow… 2008 is over already – I’m stunned! What a year it has been for me, it’s had a lot of ups and downs but mainly amazing experiences.

Although this didn’t happen in 2008 all I’m going to say is thank god I got my camera for Christmas. It’s stored so many amazing memories,  pleasures and new friends. Without it, I’m sure my experiences wouldn’t have been half as exciting as they were.
